Foreman

Frankly Built is hiring a skilled and hands-on Foreman to support the daily site operations of high-end villa construction and premium office fit-out projects across Dubai. This is an on-site leadership role requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with trades, subcontractors, and site management. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, understands construction sequencing, and has experience in supervising finishing, MEP coordination, and custom joinery installations.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily activities of trades and subcontractors on site
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce allocation
• Enforce safety and quality control standards in line with company and authority requirements
• Communicate effectively with Site Manager, Project Manager, and subcontractors
• Support inspections, snagging, and handover processes
• Keep the site clean, organised, and running efficiently

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of foreman or site supervisor experience in Dubai construction projects
• Background in villas or interior fit-out works is essential
• Strong knowledge of finishing, joinery, and MEP coordination
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage site tasks independently
• Basic computer/smartphone use for site reporting and coordination
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
• Knowledge of DM, DDA, or Trakhees regulations is an advantage
