Project Manager

Frankly Built is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of bespoke villa developments and high-end commercial fit-out projects across Dubai. This position offers an opportunity to work at the forefront of luxury construction, with a focus on precision, program control, and premium finishes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, and a proven ability to manage projects from design development through to handover. This includes navigating authority approvals, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing procurement, and ensuring all works are delivered to the highest standard and in full compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, programming, procurement, execution, and close-out
• Liaise with consultants, designers, clients, and authorities (DM, DDA, Trakhees) to ensure timely approvals and clearances
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, subcontractor performance, and quality assurance
• Ensure delivery of high-spec joinery, integrated MEP, and premium architectural finishes in line with client expectations
• Monitor budgets, cost variations, and overall project financial performance
• Produce detailed reports, progress updates, and communication with senior management and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in Dubai delivering high-end residential or commercial interior projects
• In-depth understanding of Dubai authority regulations and approval processes
• Proficiency in MS Project, Aconex, AutoCAD, and other project control platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
